I'm with willie32 on the 20-gallon. My 10-gallon was a constant battle. Even with an ATO and daily testing, alk swings were brutal. Lost a few frags before I gave up.

I've been using the Kent Sea Squirt to feed my LPS corals - it's been working out great. The fact that it's extendable up to around 35" is super convenient. I thaw out some mysis in tank water and feed it to them, but I've also used the Sea Squirt to target feed pellets when needed.

I had a similar experience with a flameback Pygmy angel in my tank, it started nipping at my open brain corals. The corals didn't seem to be harmed, but they definitely got stressed and would shrink up.
