Good call. Target feeding might help. Just don't overdo it or you'll spike nutrients.

Second the sting theory. My Hammer got zapped by a Galaxea once and sulked for weeks. Give it some space if it's near anything aggressive.

Alk is key here. Mine acted up when my alk dropped below 8. Test it ASAP. Also, check for pests like flatworms or nudis. They can stress the coral without being obvious.

Just picked one up over the weekend, was told it's a watcher goby, but thanks to rileyon, it's been identified as either Amblygobius bynoensis - the Whitespot head goby - or Amblygobius stethophthalmus - the Head-stripe goby.
