How often do you guys clean your betta tank filters? I've got a sponge filter in a 5 gallon, and it's been running for about a month. Not sure if I should rinse it yet or wait longer.

Need some help with a stocklist for my 190 litre Juwel Trigon corner tank. Got a pH of 7.6. I'm looking at Malawi cichlids but there's so many great ones - struggling to decide what to put together. Could you give me a list of suggestions, including numbers?
