Choosing plants for a small gravel bottom tank
I've got an Anubius Lynxa tied to a rock in my 10G tank, but I'm looking for some other ideas to add. Still in fishless cycle, so no fish just yet. Here's a pic of my setup so far. I'm working with a gravel bottom, so any suggestions would be great.

I'm not too concerned about the damage spreading, it seems pretty isolated to that one polyp. I'd just focus on keeping the flow low to medium, that way you're not stressing the rest of the colony. Make sure to feed the healthy polyps well, they'll help support the weaker ones since they all share ...

Ailing flowerhorn in need of help
I've got a flowerhorn fish and it's always hiding in the corner of the tank. He's resilient, but I'm worried this persistent introverted behaviour could damage his confidence. Reducing phosphates might help, but I'm not sure if that's the solution. I may need to look into other options.
