Yo, I just dump some random plant food in there and hope for the best. My plants are kinda alive, so it's whatever. But yeah, Flourish ain't enough on its own.

Yo, beef heart sounds legit. Gonna try it this weekend. My Discus are tiny, and I'm tired of waiting. Tank's 60 gallons, temp at 83°F, with a canister filter.

Yo, my discus were the same till I cranked the temp to 86°F. They got all lovey-dovey after that. Maybe give it a shot? Also, dim the lights a bit, makes 'em feel safer.

Magnet cleaners scratch acrylic though. Found that out the hard way. Glass only, unless you wanna ruin your tank.

Airstone. My fish were straight up gasping before I added one. Now they're chill and the water's way clearer. Cheap too, like ten bucks at PetSmart.

Harry, I'm using crush coral in a sock in the canister filter to prevent pH crashes. Rock salt doesn't increase GH, and messing with bicarb soda and calcium carbonate can destabilize your water chemistry if you don't know what you're doing. I'd advise against experimenting with ...
