Yo, I've got the same light and my plants are popping. Maybe it's your substrate? I use Fluval Stratum and it's been a game changer.

I'm wondering if my betta's coloring might change as he gets healthier. He was kept in pretty rough conditions at the pet store where I got him. Do you guys think that's possible - that his colors could change as he adjusts to better care? Also, any idea how old he might be?
