Just avoid sudden changes. They hate that. Slow adjustments to light or flow, and they'll adapt fine.

Agreed on the flow. Too much and they'll retract all day. What's your nitrate level? Mine likes it under 10 ppm.

I've had good results with the FZone regulator. Reliable and affordable. Just make sure to get a drop checker to monitor CO2 levels.
