My Mollies had the same thing, dude. I switched to sinking pellets instead of flakes, and it kinda helped. Maybe the flakes were messing with their guts. Worth a shot.

regal tangs imo require a lot of space, 6 foot tank is a minimum, they grow quite large and are active swimmers, a bigger tank would be even better.
