Yep, stability's key. Discus hate changes, so whatever you do, go slow. And if they're eating and acting normal, you're probably good. Don't fix what ain't broke, right?

Flourish is generally safe if dosed correctly. I've used it in my 120 gallon with Discus for years. Key is to start with half the recommended dose and monitor their behavior. Yep, they can eat frozen bloodworms, but don't make it a staple. Too much can mess with their digestion. I've got a 120g with 6 discus, same temp as yours, and I feed bloodworms once a week as a treat. Key is to thaw 'em properly in tank water first. Also, watch for any weird vibes after feeding ...

Yo, that smell is sketchy. Had the same issue last year. Turned out my pleco was hoarding food under the driftwood. Check all the nooks, especially if you've got caves. Also, how often do you clean the FX6? Those sponges can get nasty.
