I've had luck with a mix of frozen cyclops and amino acids. 20-gallon nano, no skimmer, just weekly water changes. They're not growing super fast, but they're definitely not dying either.

One more thing—how's the flow in your tank? High flow can sometimes stress Mollies, making them more prone to issues. Just a thought.

White, stringy poop can be a sign of internal parasites. Have you treated the tank with anything lately? I'd recommend PraziPro if you haven't already tried it. Also, how often do you do water changes?
