Honestly, anything under 5 gallons is sketchy. They need space to swim and explore, and smaller tanks make it harder to keep water params stable. I've kept mine in a 10 gallon, and they're way more active than in the 3 gallon I tried initially.
Totally agree! I switched from a 2.5 to a 5 gallon ...

How often to feed a Betta
I've been feeding my betta twice a day, but he seems bloated lately. How often do you guys feed yours? I'm using pellets, about 2-3 per feeding, but maybe it's too much.

I'm still trying to figure out what to do when my husbandry is on point and I hit those 0 levels. Do you guys just up the food, and that's it?
