Turmeric contains curcumin, which has documented antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. However, its solubility in water is poor. You'd need to mix it with a lipid carrier or bind it to food for efficacy. Direct addition is unreliable.

Hi everyone,
super excited to be posting on fish forums for the first time.
i've got a 20 gallon tank with 2 red ob zebra's in it (along with some other fish) and i've noticed the female does this weird thing where she gets a bunch of eggs in her mouth, but only holds onto them for a few days ...
