Exactly. And don't freak out if they take a day or two to open. They're just being dramatic.

Fragging Zoanthids is pretty straightforward if you're careful. Use a sharp blade or bone cutters, and make sure to cut between the polyps. I've had success with a quick dip in iodine after fragging to prevent infection. What's your current flow like? High flow can help them recover faster.

I've got a mix of fish in my tank, including German blue rams, and I've introduced 3 albino cories and 6 panda cories alongside them.
