I've been feeding my Discus a mix of flakes and frozen bloodworms, but their colors aren't as vibrant as I'd like. What's the best food to really make them pop? I use Discus Trace. Figured it'd be a good idea since I'm on RO water. Helps replace those important trace minerals, in my opinion.

I've had a stroke and my mind isn't working too well lately. I did check the site but got overwhelmed - there are just too many options for 30 foam sheets. I've got a 150-gallon planted tank with two filters, so any advice would be a huge help.

Where do you guys source 30 foam sheets from, Ed
