I'm in a similar boat, researching for my own 46-gallon project, so I can only offer some insights I've gathered so far. It's a gamble, but even if it doesn't make it, try keeping it in a low-light area. Sometimes they can repopulate the disc with tiny fungia, it's happened before. Check out this thread for some info on it: http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showt ... ?t=1031776
