Re: what plants grow fast for cover?
My tank's a mess, but Duckweed covers everything. It's like the herpes of aquarium plants. You'll never get rid of it once it's in there.

Re: is my betta overfed
I'm not a fan of freeze dried food. I think it's rubbish, honestly. Riverra's got a point with the frozen bloodworms, though. I've had good luck with Ocean Nutrition's frozen stuff - try their frozen Tropical Quintet.

And honestly, why would he even care about the pea? It ...

Hi, I'm getting a bit lost in this conversation. I think I'd trust boomer's advice on this one, he seems to have a good grasp of the situation. I've seen Colin suggest limestone and sandstone, but boomer's explained why that might not be enough.

I'm jumping into a decade-old conversation, why not, right. Fin_tank's got some action going on – Charlie's probably getting the female to release those eggs.

Re: identifying these betta fish
I'm thinking the dark blue one might actually be a rose tail betta, given the fringed edges on his tail.
Need a better pic of his tail to be sure, though. If he is a rose tail, I'm guessing he's probably a HM too - would that be right? I've heard those guys need a bit of extra care, what with ...
