I've been dosing twice a week in my high tech tank, but I'm also running CO2. If you're not, I'd stick to once a week like everyone else is saying.

Tank's looking great, just a heads up. When placing rocks, make sure they're sitting on the glass, not the substrate. If they're on the substrate, your Cichlids will dig underneath, and you risk a rock falling. They'll dig all the way down to the glass, I've seen it happen. Just sharing my ...

Thanks for the tips, everyone. Gonna start with Zoas and maybe a small Duncan if I can keep my nitrates in check.

Best corals for a nano tank
I'm setting up a 10-gallon nano tank and wanna know which corals are gonna thrive. Heard Zoanthids are chill, but what about LPS like Duncanopsammia? My lighting's a Kessil A80, and I do weekly 20% water changes with Red Sea Coral Pro.

I'd suggest giving it some time, the decomposition process will eventually make it possible to flush out the remains. Consider placing the ornament outside in direct sunlight, this should speed up the process.
