Setting up a 13.5 gallon fluval sea evo tank.

I think two clowns would be the way to go, personally. Adding another bottom dweller might not be the best idea, as a pair of clowns can get pretty aggressive towards other fish. I've even had them go after my hermit crabs, so that's something to consider.

I'm still looking for a bottom dweller to add to my tank. Any fish recommendations?

A Watchman Goby could be a good option for a beginner like you. My experience with clowns has been that they're pretty laid-back with other fish, so adding a bottom dweller might just work out.
