She looks like this from the top. The Epsom salt bath didn't seem to have any effect, unfortunately.

She appears to have a pinecone shape, but it's hard to tell from the photo. If you're comfortable with it, you could try doing multiple Epsom salt baths, like 3 times a day, just keep an eye on her stress levels.

Honestly, her scales look smooth to me, I think the pic just shows the color contrast.
