Today's photos aren't the best, mostly zoomed in. The Blood Cap Moon's seem to be the real winners here, they've got front row seats to all the action and they appear to be thoroughly enjoying the show.

When taking pictures, especially of moving subjects, it's best to avoid using zoom if possible. A wider lens setting tends to minimize camera shake and reduce the likelihood of blurry images due to movement. Additionally, it often results in a lower ISO rating, leading to cleaner, less grainy photos.

My tank's open on three sides, making the fish super aware of movement outside. They dart deeper into the tank even with the room lights off, as the other three large aquariums nearby provide enough light for them to see what's going on outside. The turbidity and tannins in this tank make it tough to get clear pictures unless the fish are close to the glass.
I've got plenty of light in this tank - two full-length LED lights because it's 24 inches deep - but that doesn't help with picture quality when the fish are deeper in. The screen shot from a short video I took yesterday turned out great for this tank, thanks for the suggestion, but it still required the camera to be close to the glass. This morning, I tried another short video, but the fish were more sensitive to the camera near the glass, and I didn't get anything good enough to make a picture from.

This morning's video clip gave me this shot of the Blood Cap Moon, but I'm thinking it's too far in, too close to the center of the tank, makes for a tough shot.

I'm having a bit of trouble making out what that is, can you try getting a better shot of it, maybe one that's nice and clear, and in focus?
