Yep, and don't stress if the plants look rough at first. They'll bounce back once they adjust to the tank. Goldfish are a handful, but it's worth it when you see 'em thriving.

One more tip: if you're using root tabs, bury them deep. Goldfish love to dig 'em up and make a mess. Learned that the hard way.

Also, consider adding some floating plants like Frogbit. They're out of reach and help with water quality. Just be ready to thin them out regularly.

If you're feeling adventurous, try Pothos. It's not an aquatic plant, but you can grow it with the roots in the water. Goldfish usually leave it alone, and it's great for soaking up nitrates.

Pothos is a solid choice. Just make sure the leaves stay out of the water, or they'll rot. It's a weird vibe at first, but it works.

And if all else fails, fake plants are always an option. Not as fun, but they'll survive the goldfish apocalypse.
