i have the funds to upgrade now, just wondering what filtration i really need for my cichlids. can i use my established aquaclear 70 as a temp solution? i've heard people say high filtration is necessary, so i'm thinking of adding another filter.

I'm running two 50's on my 55gal tank with 25 Mbuna and they're doing alright for now. My fish are still small, about 2", but I know I'll need more filtration as they grow. I'm planning to add a canister to my setup, probably just one to start with, and keep one of my HOBs. I've always been a fan of HOBs, especially Aqua Clear - they're easy to maintain and have been great for me. But I know that with Mbuna, you can never have too much filtration, and canisters are probably better at moving water. I've actually got three filters on my tank right now, but one of them is going to be moved to another tank soon.

to make the pic show up instead of the link, just click on the 'img' button, it'll say 'copied' then paste it into your post, should work
