How's the female looking? If she's not plump with eggs, they might not be ready. Also, what's your filtration like? Too much noise can spook them.

I'd second the almond leaves idea. They release tannins that mimic natural habitats. Also, are you using RO water or tap? Sometimes minerals in tap water can throw them off.

Mine didn't spawn till I lowered the temp to 82F. Maybe yours are too warm? Also, what's your feeding schedule? Overfeeding can sometimes delay spawning.
