I was looking for a quick fix for you and came across this on eBay - 25g - 1kg sinking Spirulina Algae wafer Tablets. They're rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, with 35% protein. Suitable for most aquarium fish, especially good for shrimp, Bristlenose, and Plecotosomus. It's not the best brand, but if money's an issue, it's a compromise.
