Stratum's fine if you're patient. My Anubias took months to adjust but now it's growing. Maybe just give it time? Also, check for snails, they sometimes nibble weak leaves.

Yellow leaves could be magnesium deficiency. Are you using a comprehensive fertilizer? Stratum's cation exchange can lock out nutrients if you're not dosing regularly.

I had the same issue. Switched to inert sand and my plants perked up. Stratum's overrated unless you're doing high-tech.
