One more thing: if you're using superglue, make sure it's the gel kind. The liquid stuff just makes a mess and doesn't hold as well.

Yeah, the gel is way easier to work with. I use the BSI brand. Also, maybe try cutting smaller pieces first. Less stress on the frag.

Smaller is better for sure. My first frag was huge, and it totally crashed. Second time, I went tiny, and it worked like a charm.
