What's Your Favorite Low-Tech Plant?

Pogostemon Stellatus Octopus is wild. Grows fast, looks unique, and handles low tech fine. My 29-gallon has it with sand and basic lights, no issues.

I'm team Java Fern all the way. Tie it to rocks or wood, forget about it, and it just grows. Zero fuss, zero melt.
