I'm new to this too. Just got some anubias and they're doing okay. How often should I fertilize them?

My tank's been running for a year with live plants. The biggest game-changer was adding CO2. Not necessary for easy plants, but if you wanna grow anything fancy, it's a must.

CO2 can be pricey, tho. I'd say master the basics first. Get your lighting and nutrients right, then maybe think about CO2 later.

I use a dirted tank with a sand cap. Plants grow like crazy, and my betta seems happier. Just make sure the dirt's organic with no additives.

Aw, don't give up! Live plants are worth the effort. They help with water quality and give your betta a more natural environment.

My plants melted at first but bounced back after a few weeks. Patience is key. Also, avoid moving them around too much. They hate that.

True that! Plants need time to adjust. Just let 'em chill and they'll come around.
