Yo, my fry were all tiny till I cranked the temp to 86°F. They blew up after that. Maybe try bumping it a degree?

Ensure consistent water changes. Discus fry are sensitive to dissolved organics. Daily 30% changes might help even growth rates.

Careful with that, though. Too high and you risk stressing them. 84–85°F is the sweet spot for most.
