Solid choice on the salt. At 5 ppm, you should be fine. Just keep an eye on alk swings—Favias can be drama queens with instability.

Red Sea's a good mix. I'd also check your mag levels—mine didn't start coloring up till I got mag above 1300.

Yeah, alk and mag are key. Mine took a few months to settle in, but now it's one of my hardiest corals. Patience pays off.
