White spots on Betta - is it Ich

Poor little guy. Stress can trigger ich, so keep the environment calm. Maybe add some Indian almond leaves if you have any, they help with stress.

Had a similar scare last week. Turned out to be sand dust stuck on him after a water change. Double-check if the spots move or wipe off.
