Grab some frozen daphnia too. It's like a laxative for 'em if they get constipated. Saw my guy puff up like a balloon once, and that fixed him right up.

How long does this stuff last? Like, does stress coat expire? Don't wanna stock up just for it to go bad.

Most meds last about a year, but check the bottle. Water conditioner's usually good for 2-3 years if unopened. I write dates on mine with sharpie.

i keep a logbook with dates and doses. helps track what worked last time. also, ziplock your meds so they don't get humid and clump.
