Aight, listen up. Discus can be divas. If your water's solid and they're not sick, it's probably boredom. Rotate their diet—add some pellets or flakes. Mine went nuts for Hikari Bio-Gold after snubbing everything else. Also, dim the lights for a bit, see if that chills them out.
True that. Mine are the same. Sometimes they just need a change of scenery or food. Try moving decor around too.
