No problem! Just remember to quarantine any new plants before adding them to the tank, you don't wanna introduce any pests or diseases.

Good call on the quarantine. I learned that the hard way with some snails hitchhiking on a new plant. Took forever to get rid of them.

Snails are the worst. I've started dipping new plants in a weak bleach solution before adding them. Sounds harsh, but it works if you rinse them well after.

That's a solid method, just be careful with the concentration. Too strong and you'll melt the plants along with the snails.

Another option is to soak them in alum. It's gentler than bleach and still effective against most pests. Just takes a bit longer.
