I'm new to Discus, but I've been feeding mine three times a day with pellets and frozen. Tank's 55 gallons, 4 Discus, temp at 86°F. Nitrates are around 15 ppm with weekly 30% changes. Should I cut back to twice a day?

If nitrates are stable and fish look healthy, three times is fine. Just keep portions small. My juveniles thrived on that schedule. What's your filter situation? A 55 gallon with 4 Discus should be manageable with a good canister or HOB.
