Hornwort's a solid pick, but it can shed needles if it's unhappy. Keep an eye on your filter if you go that route. Mine clogged up once from all the debris.

Another underrated option is Amazon Sword. It's bigger but can adapt to low light if you give it root tabs. Mine's in a shaded corner of my 55-gallon and still puts out new leaves.
