Could be parasites. You notice any scratching or clamped fins? Might wanna dose some Metroplex just in case.

Thanks for the tips, everyone. Gonna test pH and KH tonight, and maybe cut back the filter flow. Appreciate the help!

If it's parasites, you'll wanna act fast. Discus go downhill quick. Maybe quarantine 'em if you can.
