yo, maybe the eggs are getting eaten. you got other fish in there? even the parents might snack on em if they're stressed.

I'm new to this, but my pair just had their first spawn. I kept the lights off for a day after they laid eggs. Not sure if it helped, but the eggs hatched. Maybe try that?

Could be genetic. Some lines just don't produce viable offspring. If you've tried everything else, might need to swap out the pair.
