Exactly. Also, keep the tank dimly lit while treating. Parasites can be sensitive to light, and your betta will appreciate the chill vibe.

How's your betta doing now? Any improvement after the salt bath? If not, you might need to escalate to meds. Sometimes parasites can be stubborn.
