I've seen some amazing tanks in my time, but a Saulosi species only tank of Mbuna is definitely one of the most impressive. If you're looking to stock around 20-25, Pseudotropheus Saulosi 'Coflake Red' would be an excellent choice. You could easily get away with 4 males, possibly even 5 if you're feeling lucky.
A fully grown Yellow Lab is massive, so I think you'd be better off avoiding them if you want to keep your tank looking balanced. Instead, consider adding some Synodontis Petricola or Multipunctatus to mix things up a bit. They're great for adding some variety to your tank and they get along well with Mbuna.
