A cloudy eye condition that's getting worse

My Electra Cichlid's got a pink growth on its lip (photo 1 & 2) - happened while it was in my 220 gallon tank. Moved it to the 30 gallon hospital tank. Now it's developed a cloudy eye. I've tried treating it with Metroplex and Kanaplex - no luck. Furan 2's helped a bit with the pink spot (photo 2 & 3), but the cloudy eye's getting worse - looks like some kind of growth. Don't want to lose the eye, but might be too late. Any suggestions would be great.

I've had a similar issue with a mbuna, it developed a cloudy eye and I tried treating it with salt and Tetra life guard, unfortunately the eye was still lost. I'm thinking you might want to consider trying a combination of antibiotics and maybe some salt dips or baths, along with Methylene blue - it's a topical antibiotic and anti-fungal that should help kill off any bacteria on the eye. The salt baths would have a similar effect. You might also want to look into medicated foods you can feed your Electra Cichlid.
