I've been keeping an eye on him and just noticed these white patches on his Sprig - really hoping it's not ich. I haven't introduced any new fish to the tank, but I did move him to a different one that previously had healthy fish in it.

I'd say those white patches are probably a sign of marbling rather than ich.

Appears to be in good condition, doesn't resemble ich symptoms in my opinion.

I came across a post featuring Cheriko, a female betta with similar colors to yours, and I just had to share. Her color transformation is quite dramatic, don't you think?
