I've got a weird issue with my Texas Cichlid, there's this milky bubble on his underside. Never seen anything like it before and I'm stumped on how to treat it. Took some video footage but not sure if I can upload it here. Can anyone help me out?

First off, Texas Cichlids are New World Cichlids, not African. There's a disease that affects the eyes, making them go milky, I'm not sure if there's a treatment available for it though. I've come across some info on eye diseases in fish, but I'm not sure if it's relevant to your Cichlid's bubble issue. You might want to check out this thread on fish forums or this article on fishyfarmacy about eye diseases in fish. Sorry I couldn't be of more help with your specific issue.
