Hi, just got a Betta for my aquarium and I'm curious about feeding it micro crisps by Tetra. The packaging says they're suitable for all ornamental fish, so I'm hoping that's okay.

To better assess the suitability of the Tetra micro crisps for your Betta, could you please share the ingredients list? It's particularly important to know the protein content, as Bettas require a substantial amount to maintain their health.
Will the micro crisps be the sole component of your Betta's diet, or do you plan to supplement with other foods? Providing variety is essential for a balanced diet; consider incorporating frozen foods like bloodworms or offering a mix of different dry foods to ensure a diverse nutrient intake.

Thanks for getting back to me. I've got the ingredients list right here: crude protein is 47.0%, crude oils and fats are 11.0%, and moisture content is 8.0%. Vitamins and all that are as follows: vitamin A is 30940 IU/Kg, vitamin D3 is 1930 IU/Kg, and L-carnitine is 128 mg/kg. I've copied that straight from the container. As for feeding, I've got a mix of things for my Betta - frozen bloodworms, frozen daphnia, and live daphnia too.

The Tetra crisps seem like a decent option for your betta, but to be on the safe side, you might want to consider getting some betta-specific pellets as well. I've had good luck with Hikari betta pellets - my betta really enjoys them. However, given the variety of foods you already have, the crisps should be sufficient.
