Who Gives A Fish Forums

If the mods want to delete this, that's fine. I stumbled upon this in the freshwater section with all the other fish.

In the tropical section, I've noticed pinned topics like the "Fish Index" - I think that's a great idea, but wouldn't something similar be useful for this section too? And maybe an index for corflakes? We could start one from scratch. The thing is, most info I find online comes from fish stores trying to make a sale, so it's hard to separate fact from sales pitch. I'm sure there's probably something like this here already, but I might've missed it - I do get lost in reading journals for hours, there's some fascinating stuff in there.

I think you'll find our marine index is already up and running, Fable42. It's got a good mix of marine fish, coflakes, and plants. SeffieUK had a great idea of adding a link to it in our marine resources, but I'm not sure the forum would go for creating a whole new index section just for marine. Still, the index does have some really useful entries from our members.

And let's not forget, we also have the Coflake/fish of the week threads, which are really useful for learning about specific species, I think these could complement an index nicely.

I found the threads immediately after posting this.... I guess I should've looked harder before suggesting something that's already there, lol.
