Title.
Hi guys, I'm looking for a straightforward CO2 system to hook up to a tank. Something simple and easy to use would be great, as I've only had experience with the Tropica 60 system. An all-in-one system would be ideal, if anyone has any recommendations.

Considering your previous thread, I thought I'd ask, do you really need a CO2 system? With fish, it's not the best idea; there's evidence that adding diffused CO2 can harm them. Most tanks with fish don't need it since organic decomposition produces more natural CO2 than you think.

My tank's gonna be a planted one, lots of plants that need CO2.

When it comes to my tanks, I prioritize the well-being of my fish, as they're the main attraction. The plants are there to complement them and enhance the overall aesthetic, but the fish come first in my book.

I'd say having unregulated CO2 in a tank can indeed be hazardous, it significantly impacts water chemistry and CO2 dissolution rates. But then again, the same principle applies to Oxygen - in its pure form, it's toxic. As long as you regulate CO2 input and introduce oxygen via air pumps, I think you can maintain a balance that doesn't harm the fish.
