Hi
I was wondering if Ocellated soapfish could be a problem for shrimp and crabs.

I'm inclined to think they could be a threat to shrimp and crabs, given their reputation as an uber-predator that will try to eat anything that fits in their mouth. With a max size of 5", that's most inverts right there. They're also known to release poisonous toxins when stressed or dying, which is why they're considered an 'expert' only fish, best suited for mature systems - we're talking 30g or more, according to the internet.

Thanks for the heads up, I'll give it a pass, saw it on Liveaquaria and was pretty intrigued initially.
