I'm not convinced it's pregnant, seems too small to me, but it's definitely larger than the others. What's your take on it?

I've had similar experiences with fish that looked like they had bloat, only to find out they'd been sneaking in extra food. Try withholding food for a few days and see if that makes a difference - it might just be overeating, especially if they're getting into the Pleco wafers.
