My scoly coral is unhappy

I had this guy at the top of my rock work, but a snail knocked it over into the sand bed, fleshy part first. When I caught it, I shook off the sand and moved it to a new spot on the sand bed.

It's been about 1.5 days since then, and it's looking a bit shriveled up, with its mouth open whenever I check on it. I'm getting a little concerned - should I be worried?

Here are my tank parameters:
- Salinity: 1.025
- pH: 8.29
- Temp: 77 F
- Phosphate: 0.08
- ALK: 10.9 dKH
- Nitrate: 20
- MG: 1280
- CA: 430

I've got a picture of it right now, and I'd love some input.

Still waiting to hear from someone - scoly's stress levels seem to be lingering, but color's holding up well.
