Just set up my terracotta caves and my pets are absolutely loving them.

I gave it a shot, but my bottom dwellers didn't take to it. I've had more luck with brown, square-section drainpipe angle-pieces - my fish are all over those.

Your terracotta caves look amazing, I love the setup. Are the pots just balanced on top of each other, or did you find a way to secure them? By the way, I've got a similar cave thing in my Bearded Dragon's terrarium, it's a stair-type deal.

I've had great success with terracotta pots in my tanks - they're a hobbyist's best friend, if you ask me. Affordable, versatile, and my bettas adore them. I like to add a bit of flair by filling the pots with substrate and planting some greens, so it looks like the plants are spilling out.

Your setup is really something special - the way you've arranged everything is so charming and unique. It's got a great, whimsical feel to it.

I used a clear silicone sealant that's aquarium-safe to stack the pots on top of each other, I actually had to cut them in half first using a tile cutter. They seem to really enjoy it but I'm already looking forward to upgrading to a longer, narrower 55-gallon tank to give them more space to swim. Since I'm in an apartment, I don't want to go too big, but a 55-gallon tank seems like a great size. Thanks for the comments, I appreciate them.
